What if my teammate hasn't set up /zapwallet yet?

You'll see a heads-up that their wallet isn't connected. Tap the nudge button and zaptipr DMs them: 'X wants to zap you some bitcoin. Run /zapwallet to start receiving.' Once they're set up, send the /zap again.

Why do I have to click 'I've paid'?

Because zaptipr never touches your bitcoin. Lightning payments settle directly between your wallet and your teammate's, and for privacy reasons we don't see when they clear. You click 'I've paid' to confirm, and the shoutout (or quiet DM) goes out the door.
